Biography “The 13th Floor” is a four piece hard-rock band from Port Elizabeth. The band has recently finished recording their debut album in their “home studio” and is looking for a record label. They have played in clubs in Port Elizabeth as well as Jeffrey’s Bay. The also played on the same bill as Evolver 1 at the Port Elizabeth Fifa Fan Fest this year.
