- in 1962 - "Blues Incorporated" played their first gig at an Ealing club. They were one of the first active white blues bands on either side of the Atlantic. Led by French born guitarist "Alexis Korner", joined by the likes of "Charlie Watts", "Andy Hoogenboom" and acclaimed blues harmonica player "Cyril Davies". Later line-ups included "Mick Jagger" and "Jack Bruce".
The band was an important factor in the development of the London R&B scene that spawned the "Rolling Stones", "the Yardbirds" and the "Pretty Things" amount others.
