Computicket Fingered by Competition Commission		[ Read Article ]
A case of exclusionary conduct has been filled against South African ticketing giant Computicket. In Johannesburg, on Tuesday the 11th of May the Competition Commission referred a case of exclusionary conduct to the Competition Tribunal for adjudication. The BBC TV show "The Old Grey Whistle Test" premiered in the UK, distinctly catering for the rock audience. Criticized in the late '70s for being "run by a bunch of old hippies" the show underwent modernisation in 1985, changing it's name to "Whistle Test". The title came from the Edwardian England music publishers' dictum: "If the grey haired music hall doorman was heard whistling your song then it would be a hit."
