We here at Ellingtons are offering our stage to all bands in the Western Cape area, it's been an established bar for more than 15 years now! We offer big screen entertainment, darts, pool and foosball and a braai area to our clients. We recently started hosting live bands and it has been met with great success!
Every Saturday we let two bands entertain the crowd, the door charge stays the same every weekend (R20). Every band who plays a Saturday night gets 15% of the door, aswell as staff prices on all of their drinks and a plus one for the hubby.
We print posters and flyers of each event, arrange down-down's competitions, give away free shooters at the door and organise promo giveaways to help insure a crowd! The sound is controlled by our inhouse sound engineer and we have our own rig! We can comfortably host up to 180 people, but there's always more space to stick a extra fan or two!
